Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. *Must be 12 or older to sift glass powders. The Nightlight, Waves and Birds are all appropriate for younger ages.
Techniques: We’ll use various techniques depending on the class. Including fusing, slumping, and embossing. We’ll be creating with recycled window glass, homemade custom patterned mosaic glass, small colored glass pieces, embossing paper and glass powders, and more.
Themes: Alaskan wildflowers, fish, waves, birch trees, anything channeling Alaska and the outdoors.
I’ve been working with Fused Glass off and on for over 25 years, the last 2-3 specifically with “Float” or Window Glass.
I will guide you in creating a unique art piece you’ll love displaying in your space. Come with ideas and feel free to message me with any questions.
Your glass will be ready for pick up within 10 days.

Pet allergies, we have one dog and two cats. The cats keep to themselves and the dog is not in the studio during Workshops or classes.
Coffee, tea, and a light snack will be provided. Feel free to bring your favorite sip and snack of your choice.

Parking, please pull all the way in, occasionally we have to shuffle cars. Parking is also available near the carport and on the street. Please no parking on the grass. A picture of the home studio is posted at the bottom of this page.

Nightlight ($38) Est. 1hr. Create a stunning Fused Glass Nightlight or Sun catcher. Design fireweed or choose colors you’d like to use to build your unique design. Measures 3”x4”. Class size 10-16.
Alaskan Wildflowers Sign/Panel ($130) Est. 3-5hrs. Decorate a unique sign or panel, add words, numbers or leave it blank. I have many templates, feel free to come with your own design ideas. We’ll cut, nip and glue pre-colored plain and patterned window glass shapes onto our base glass to create different designs. Choose Vertical or Horizontal. Vertical is the most common choice and the direction I have the most templates. Measures 6"x16". Class size 6-16.
Cresting Wave Est. 2.5hrs ($115) Design the wave of your dreams! Measures approximately 4.5” x 15”. Class size 6-16.
Circle Wave ($40) Est. 1.5hrs. Design a beautiful Circle Wave Sun-catcher. Measures approx. 5”. Class size 10-16.
Mosaic Fish Wall Hanging ($130) Est. 3-5hrs. Decorate a Beautiful Fish Wall Hanging. Measures approximately 18”. Come with design template in picture, other templates can be fitted as well. Class size 6-16.
Birch Tree Suncatcher ($78) Est. 3hrs. Create a three layer Birch Tree Sun-catcher. Lots of templates. Choose whether you would like it to hang or sit in a clear acrylic stand. Measures 6”. Class size 8-16.
Rainbow/Daisy Sun catcher. Est. 3hrs ($112) Cut shapes to assemble your design. Choose from my selection of kiln fired patterned and plain glass, along with small glass pieces to create your unique piece. Finished with black cord. Measures 3x20" Class size 6-16.
Waterfall Garden Art Plant Stake/Sun catcher ($68) Est. 2hrs. Cut kiln fired colored patterned glass in blues, greens, clear and white, along with smaller glass pieces. This stake measures 3x12”. It slides onto a stainless steel rod and is easily removed for winter, or hangs with string. Class size 10-16.
Bird Wind Chime ($74) Est. 2hrs. Create a Wind-chime choose your own colors and create your own design. I have templates. Bird measures approximately 6” x 4”. Class size 10-16.
The size and prices on this item are pending. Northern Lights Sun-catcher or Clock ($138) Est. 2.5hrs. Start with a template, use mine or draw your own. We’ll glue glass on glass, then mask and sift glass powders. Measures 11” across. Hangs with 1/4" twine, or clock hardware with black or white hands. Class size 6-16.
Salmon Fish Hanging ($130) Est. 3hrs. Two techniques, use glass powders to color your impression behind the glass. Along with a glass-on-glass mosaic river on top. Either use the salmon design or choose another. Class size 6-16.
Large Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders ($86) Est. 2hrs. Multiple designs available. Measures 6” x10”. Predrilled and finished with 1/4" twine. Class size 8-16.
Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders ($58) Est. 1-2hrs. Multiple design choices, comes with stand. Measures 9” x 4”. Class size 10-16.
Circle Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders ($38) Est. 1-1.5hrs. Create a beautiful Sunflower Sun-Catcher. Other designs are available. Measures approximately 6”. Class size 10-16.
Succulents Plant ($58) Est. 1-1.5hrs. These sweet repositionable water free plants are the cutest in any space. Cut your petals and sift colored glass powers, choose from so many stencils. Comes with a white pot and rice. Class size 12-16.
Cactus ($76) Est. 3hrs. Learn to cut and nip glass, sift glass powders and make your own. I have these three templates. Choose your favorite. Keep it for yourself or gift it to a lucky friend. No green thumbs needed!! Class size 10-16.
Snake Plant ($128) Est. 2hrs. These elegant snake plant leaves are simple to make and look so beautiful and fun! They can be easily repositioned as they are seated rice. Come with rice and a 6” white pot. Class size 6-16.
Jellyfish ($176) Est 2 hrs. These eye catching Jellyfish are fun to create. We’ll be cutting glass strips, assembling our design and sifting glass powders. Choose a color for your Jellyfish top then use multiple colors on your tentacles, add bits of glass frit for more interest or use a stencil to create a unique design. These beauties are fired in the kiln three separate times. Class size 6-12.
Mini Jellyfish ($98ea) Est 1.5 hrs. These eye-catching Jellyfish are fun to create. We’ll be cutting glass strips, assembling our design and sifting glass powders. Choose to cut strips or use a precut circle and design your jelly with custom mosaic glass. Add small glass pieces “frit”, and paper glass embellishments. Give sifting glass powders a try with a variety of stencils. These cuties are fired in the kiln three separate times. Class size 6-16.
Spruce Tree ($72) Est 2hrs. Nip and cut kiln fired colored plain and patterned glass, glue these and small colored glass frit on your base to create a unique elegant tree. Sits in a clear acrylic stand or a channel can be added for your own unique mounting ideas. Class size 8-16.
Beaded Fish Mobile ($86-$97) Est. 2-3hrs. I’m loving these fun beaded fish mobiles! Come cut glass, assemble your bones and sift glass powders, or mosaic. If you choose to design yours with glass powder it will be finished with twine and natural wood beads. If you’d like to mosaic, we will add metal loops and tie each section together with twine, no beads. I can’t wait to see what you create! Class Size 6-16
Birch Tree Clock/Sun-catcher ($138) Est. 2hrs. I just love clocks! No templates on these. I’ll teach you how to cut the glass and the trees will grow as you go. When your trees done, you’ll sift glass powders and add other details on top to finish it off. Measures 11” across. Hangs with 1/4" twine, or clock hardware with black or white hands. Please let me know during checkout if you’d like yours as a clock or sun-catcher. Class size 6-16.
Wise Old Owl ($94) Est. 2-2.5hrs. We’re owl in this together!! I’ll have an approx. 8” base circle and two large eyes precut for you from window glass. I’ll teach you to cut and nip feathers and other details. When you’re ready you’ll sift glass powders on top and we’ll fire them in the kiln! These are finished with ¼” twine. Class size 8-16.
Double Layer Birch Tree ($98) Est. 2-2.5hrs. Come make a beautiful layered birch tree with me. We’ll use two layers of glass and sift glass powders between using stencils to create shadows and detail. Then build your birch trees on top. Using stencils with glass powders can be tricky, I usually suggest steady hands but a flexible not so prefect mindset is helpful as we cannot restart once mix colors. Class Size 8-16.
Bird Sun-catcher ($36) Est. 1.5hrs. Choose from one of my templates or create your own. Finished with silver chain. Measures approximately 6"x4". Class size 8-16.
Coaster ($22-28) Est. 1hr. Sift Glass Powders or Mosaic to create your own custom coaster. Comes with rubber feet. Measures 4”x4”. Class size 12-16.
Bird Feeder – ($96-$112) Est. 2-3hrs. Let”s feed some sweet birdies! Create a fused glass roof to shelter a suet treat. These measure 8”x8”. Each side needs designed with weight balance in mind, choose to sift glass powders or mosaic. They fire twice in the kiln, once to melt the glass together, and another to bend it into a curved shape. A perfect little roof!! Class Size 6-16.
Rain Chain ($62-$72) Est. 2 hrs. Design 5 precut 3”x3” squares. Choose to nip and cut clear glass then sift glass powders to create unique vibrant designs. Or build yours mosaic style with custom mosaic glass. I have some templates, feel free to come with ideas, the options are endless. Each square will be fused to small rings and finished with twine. Class size 8-16.
Mirror ($144/$128) Est. 3hrs. This is one of my favorites! Come create a beautiful fused glass mirror frame. Cut shapes to assemble your design. Choose from my selection of kiln fired patterned and plain glass, along with small glass pieces to create your unique piece. Or cut clear glass and sift glass powders and frit. Use my template or design your own! Finished with an 8” mirror and hidden hanger. Finished mirror has an 11” diameter. Class size 6-16.
Charcuterie Board ($234) Est. 3-5hrs. Decorate a unique recycled glass charcuterie board. We’ll cut, nip and glue pre-colored plain and patterned glass shapes, small glass pieces and stringers onto our base glass to create different designs. Original Glass Measurement 8x17”. Class size 4-12.
